Tokyo, Procrastination
Today was a bit of a slow start, but it is finishing up okay.

I went out to Jogashima and did some more work on my photography project. Waves were supposed to be higher today, but weren't. Light was completely different... dark and cloudy rather than brilliantly sunny.

I got there about 3:30 which would have been perfect for the kind of shadows I was hoping for if it had been sunny.

I will have to develop the film. Maybe there will still be some good stuff. Some of the cloud shots should be pretty dramatic. Cloud shots don't help develop the project though.

Some things did: I found one spot that I can really work for the project. I had completely missed it the first time. I think I also developed a clearer ideo of what I want the project to look like.

I finally decided on a format to keep my contact sheets in. I know, shouldn't be such a big decision, but finding the right size, binder format and affordable were three things that I really didn't think I could get in one shot.

I also started up my story board for my next clay animation movie. I went to an art store to by some plastecine, but found out that the only oil clay they sell is non-colored and the colored stuff is "paper clay" basically a spitball (without the spit I hope) that you can mould and then let it dry. The drying factor rules this out for my stuff.

So all in all, a good day. I even cooked at home! I just have to get ready for tomorrow and I'm done!
