Tokyo, Procrastination

I went to Hong Kong almost two years ago. It was great fun. It was hot and muggy and I hardly saw a blue sky but I loved the energy.

Weird how I can't edit the original post. Anyhow...

I loved using the fish-eye lens in Hong Kong because it gave me the feeling of dissociation. It was exactly like looking at the world through a plastic bubble. I chose the chicken shot because the roasted chickens in the window is a scene I have also seen in New York, Vancouver, Tokyo and San Francisco.

Just checking to see if I could make the photo larger.

Chinese chickens look the same as New York ones.

I do see the chickens in the pictures, it just looks weird! Sorry, LOL! I was trying to figure out if that was some kind of alien-type gag or something, but it's your camera lense isn't it?LOL!

Alien gag! Cool! I hadn't even thought of that! Love it!

I used a fish-eye lens. It was a lot of fun to use. The distortion really made the whole trip to Hong Kong pretty surreal.
