Tokyo, Procrastination

My husband has always encouraged my writing and my drawing. This is nice as I love to do it. Unfortunately, it doesn't pay any bills. Again, after that infernal exam, I am going to start back at this idea I had-- designing cards. I think it might be fun to sit out on a street and see if anyone will buy what I sell. At the very worst, I should get a pretty decent day of people watching in. Hopefully, hubby or a friend will sit with me as I am sadly naive about any ettiquette for selling on the street. My main concern being wether gangs will get upset about it.

Then hubby came home with another idea yesterday, his coworker's husband rents shelf space in a store to sell his toy cars. It might be nice to do something like that as well. Especially nice as I wouldn't have to sit outside. I would't get direct feedback though. Still, if it's not too expensive and the hobby could end up selling its own shelf space, I would be thrilled!

Ultimately, I would even like to create cute little plastic figurines that attach to key chains and cell phone straps. How does one find people to produce those for you though?
